Cancellation & Late Arrival Policy

At Sage Healthcare, each appointment is reserved exclusively for you. Because visit times are intentionally unhurried to allow for thorough, individualized care, cancellations and late arrivals impact both scheduling and the ability to serve other patients.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to offer your time slot to another patient in need of care.

  • Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a $50 late cancellation fee.

  • Missed appointments (no-shows) without prior notice may incur the full visit fee.

We understand that emergencies and unforeseen events happen — please reach out directly if you need to discuss your situation.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late to your appointment, we will make every effort to accommodate you within the remaining time. However, if the delay prevents completion of your full visit, the appointment may need to be rescheduled, and the regular visit fee will still apply.

Just as we ask for notice and punctuality, we are equally committed to running on schedule and giving every patient the full, focused time they deserve.
